Nutrition Challenge 2021 6 Weeks January 18 - March 1 Prizes will be awarded weekly and at the end of the 6 weeks This challenge to to fuel your body better, with clean, whole foods. There will not be any measurements taken, as we want to take the focus off of weight loss and more on perfomance! Pictures before and each week are encouraged! You will not be required to share them, but we would love to see your progress! Baseline workouts and daily logs will be used to track progress. Weekly challenges will be posted for extra points This is a partner challenge - keep yourself accountable.
Sleep 8 hours a night = 1 point
Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water each day = 1 point
